JapanCrossCultural was founded in 2012, and has been offering intercultural seminars and coaching in the Düsseldorf/Köln area as well as Frankfurt area.
Kaoru Yoshioka (MA) has more than twenty-five years of experience teaching intercultural 
communication and languages. She has taught at universities and companies in Japan, the USA, Holland and Germany. Her experience includes training interpreters and translators as well. She has lived in Germany for over fifteen years.
Kaoru Yoshioka has developed and given intercultural seminars and workshops for European and Japanese customers for over fifteen years. In the training both Japanese and German (or more) perspectives are incorporated to compare and contrast different aspects of business cultures.
